Fellows have worked with us at The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth to develop the cost model for the development of 6 new operating theatres.  It is a complex project integrating a major element of new build into an operational Five Star Private Hospital.  Fellows have provided the cost advice that has informed decisions about how the scheme will be constructed and integrated into the existing Hospital, and are always willing to explore our options to carry out the development efficiently with the least impact on Patients, Doctors and Staff.

BIMM engaged Fellows Construction Consultants to provide Project and Cost Management services for the refurbishment of our newly acquired property; to provide additional student common room space and staff office accommodation. Working closely with our preferred Designers Ben Kelly Design; Fellows have created a Turnkey project team to procure the building. Fellows have proved themselves to be proactive, professional team players; both in the quality of their management services and the personable way in which these have been delivered. As a Music College they fully understood our unique requirements; in particular acoustics and I would whole heartedly recommend Fellows for other similar projects; not least of their perceptive understanding of complex property issues.
