It is extremely important that our Cost Managers are involved at the outset of any project to ensure that a true financial model is developed and an accurate budget set.
During the construction period Fellows adopt proactive rolling final account methodology to ensure that final accounts are settled as quickly as possible once the works are completed, in order to reduce financial risk to the Client and deliver the project within agreed figures.
