A proposed regeneration scheme of an existing housing estate, the Princess Avenue development will enhance the neighbourhood through providing much needed modern affordable housing.
The new development will be constructed using traditional masonry providing a variety of 2-4 bedroom affordable properties and will be delivered in two phases under separate contracts via competitive tender.
Fellows Add Value
Fellows are appointed as Employer’s Agent, providing early cost advice for several proposed options, and giving the Client early awareness of cost implications relating to demolition works and phasing of the site.
Fellows continue to work with The Wrekin Housing Trust to propel the development, giving professional guidance and cost management through pre-construction activity, including later tender and procurement stages and post-contract cost control.
