Description
The scheme is the redevelopment of an existing bus depot to provide 242 residential units and 225m2 of commercial space over 11 storeys. The works also include car parking to the lower 2 storeys and together with the communal areas, associated external works, drainage and services.

The project will be procured using an amended JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract using a two-stage tendering process.
