Fellows Add Value:
Fellows Construction Consultants were appointed by Rooftop as Client’s Representative on the scheme to protect their interests during the negotiation stages of this project. Given that the site was nearing completion and the original specification was not aimed at a housing association, the Fellows EA team met with the developers to discuss amendments that could be made to meet as many of the Client’s requirements as possible.
Fellows provided project and cost advice on all of the changes to ensure that value for money was achieved by the Client to fill their housing shortfall. Fellows also liaised with the developer to make sure the quality of the finish project met the standard required by the Rooftop Housing Association.
