Newman University – Estates Strategy 2014-2020, Birmingham


Newman University are in the process of developing their new Strategic Plan for the period 2014-2020. As part of the Strategic Plan, the new Estates Strategy is required to define future growth and development proposals to enhance the facilities and increase student capacity from 3,000 to 5,000.


Refurbishment of existing areas to compliment previous strategic plan;  Reduction in running costs and carbon emissions; Options provided for existing and new halls of residence.
