Features
The project will entail a redesign of the reception area allowing greater privacy in addition to improved seating, provision of a new staff office, flexible screening/partition areas to the day treatment areas, incorporating a patient/family/carer waiting booth, and the provision of artwork and decorations to the existing walls within the ward.
Fellows Add Value
Fellows were appointed to provide early cost advice and an order of cost relating to a range of proposed design options, and were able to use their expertise to advise on the most cost effective solutions that would provide the greatest value to the ward. Fellows worked alongside the Client and Architect to develop the design requirements and advising on how to achieve best value for money.
