Description
The design and construction of a new self-storage unit including drainage, external works and external services. This purpose-built storage facility contains secure private steel units ranging in size from small lockers up to large spaces suitable for open or pallet storage. Practical completion January 2022.
Features
The site is located just off Winwick Road in Warrington, with the construction works divided into two contracts. One for the main building shell, external works, drainage and external services and one for the internal fitting out works consisting of the mezzanine floors, reception area and storage units. The building also includes a Solar PV installation.

Fellows Construction Consultants were appointed by Lok’nStore Limited as the Project Manager, Cost Consultant for the design and construction of a new self-storage unit including all internal fitting out works.
Fellows are providing the full range of pre and post contract services including: Project Management, programming, cost planning, value engineering, tender processes, contract documentation, Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator.
