Fellows Add Value:

Fellows Construction Consultants were appointed as cost consultants to manage 17 accounts as part of Hull Esteem LEP’s Building Schools for the Future Programme.  Fellows acted in an impartial manner in order to calculate the payments due to the contractors working on the BSF programme on behalf of Hull Esteem LEP and the local authority.  The role was integral to the final stages of the programme and enabled the accounts to be settled swiftly yet fairly.

The Fellows team added real value to the process due to their high level experience in the education sector and their organized approach to settling complex issues.  Open communication was paramount and the Fellows team worked diligently to ensure that all issues were addressed in a timely manner thus avoiding any potential disputes or unresolved items.
