Fellows Add Value:

Newman University are in the process of developing their Strategic Plan for the period 2014-2020.

Fellows were able to use their experience and expertise gained from previous work on previous University expansion schemes, which combine both new build and refurbishment elements, to best advise Newman University of the key risks items, maximise value for money, whilst ultimately reducing life cycle cost.

In addition, Fellows had to be conscious of the potential impact associated with undertaking construction works within a live school environment, whilst also demonstrating and understanding the key considerations required when cost planning a Higher Education facility.
