Description
We are delighted to confirm that after a period of collaborative negotiations, Ardmore have been appointed by Seven Capital MARK for the construction of the remaining phases of 100 West Cromwell Road, Kensington.
The scheme will see the construction of 462 new dwellings, a public Leisure Centre and Commercial/Retail space, with the works on site due to commence later this year. Fellows were appointed following the purchase of the scheme at RIBA Stage 3, and have proceeded to provide full Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services to date.

Working closely with the design team and Ardmore, both Fellows and Seven Capital MARK were able to plan and procure this marque development via a two-stage tender process, allowing the Contractor and Client to achieve best value and agree the construction programme and budget, during challenging times.
Phase 1 of development works commenced on site in January 2022, and following the appointment of Ardmore for the remaining phases 2 and 3, it is full steam ahead for this landmark project.
