Jonathan is a Chartered Project Manager and Building Surveyor, a Certified Prince 2 Practitioner, has over 30 years of experience as a professional property consultant.  Jonathan has acted as a Senior Director for high profile construction consultancy organisations including Northcroft, Capita Property and Infrastructure and Goyne Adams (RPS). Jonathan has a keen interest in the environment, is a qualified BREEAM Assessor / AP and has delivered a number of Passiv Haus schemes.  Jonathan’s sector experience is widespread; he is known for his personal delivery ethos and quality of product.

Steven is a First Class Honours Graduate, a Chartered Surveyor, a Certified Prince 2 Practitioner and has over 25 years of experience as a professional property consultant.  Steven has acted as a Senior Director for high profile construction consultancy organisations to include Northcroft and Capita Property and Infrastructure.  He has successfully delivered numerous high value and complex projects in a variety of sectors and his experience of detailed contractual negotiations and professional team management has contributed to his success.  Steven works closely with our clients to ensure that schemes are programmed, managed and delivered in line with key drivers.
