With over 30 years of experience leading a range of services in the public and private sectors.  Andy leads with a clear vision and a passion that has enabled the growth of the 3BM Group which now includes Fellows. His leadership and commitment have aided the transition of businesses for development, expansion, and success.

His wealth of experience within Buildings, Finance, Education, School Organisation, Employee-Ownership and multi-faceted regeneration projects has created a reputation for providing quality services and client satisfaction.

Andy has a commitment to social value and as such is currently the Chair of Governors for William Morris 6th Form and Chair for Croydon’s recent spin out mutual, Provide Equipment Hub.  His previous voluntary roles include Trustee of Special School for Autism, numerous School Governing Bodies and Trustee of a sporting educational charity.

With over 37 years of experience in the construction and property industry, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Fellows Construction Consultants. Having worked across a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial developments to bespoke residential schemes, he has built a reputation for delivering results with precision, transparency, and integrity.

His background in project management and quantity surveying enables him to combine technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring clients receive exceptional value at every stage. Under his direction, Fellows Construction Consultants continues to grow as a trusted partner for developers, investors, and stakeholders throughout the region.
