Fellows continue to expand their multi-residential portfolio across the Country.
Fellows Construction Consultants are pleased to announce the continued growth of the Fellows Extra Care portfolio, following recent appointments for key clients such as Methodist Homes (MHA) and Strata Developments. The Fellows Extra Care team, which specialise in Project Management, Cost Management and BREEAM services, has been expanding exponentially in recent months as this vibrant sector continues to grow to meet the apparent housing demand.
Fellows Construction Consultants has a proven track record in planning, procuring and administering Extra Care developments for our clients, adding value on each scheme through our diligent and proactive approach. This recent experience includes the project and cost management of a £9.4m scheme in Shrewsbury, and the successful procurement and contract administration of a £9m scheme in Telford, both for Strata Developments.
The Fellows Extra Care team has further expanded in size following the recent appointment by MHA on two Extra Care developments, including the exciting redevelopment of the Homewood Care Home in Leamington Spa, as MHA look to expand and invest in their property portfolio.
The continued growth of the Fellows Extra Care team is testament to a successful track record in delivering these specialised services and a detailed knowledge of pitfalls and intricacies that Multi-Residential development brings. Given our additional “assisted living” appointments for other care providers including McCarthy & Stone, Quantum Homes and the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, as well as providing cost advice to Fortis Living for the upgrade of their existing sheltered schemes to Extra Care, the Fellows team are excited and confident about the future growth of this challenging sector and in our ability to further strengthen this portfolio.
