Description
This new build residential/ commercial project involves construction of 27 residential dwellings and 4 retail units across three sites in and around Worcestershire. The project includes the demolition of existing flats and retail units, relocation of play equipment and decanting of existing retail leaseholders, to facilitate the construction of the new housing and retail facilities.

On this development, the Fellows team have been appointed to provide full Employer’s Agent and CDM-C Services.
As part of the initial role, intensive pre-contract services were required in order to determine viability and ensure enhanced stakeholder involvement.
Fellows were also responsible for managing the design team, coordinating meetings and tracking the progress.
