Fellows Construction Consultants have been appointed by Hull Esteem LEP to provide independent cost management services as part of their £400 million Building Schools for the Future programme.
Hull Esteem LEP is a consortium of local and national companies whose mandate consists of regeneration to 21 schools in and around Hull, which will accommodate 12,000 students, and be built within a 4 year period, thus making the scheme the largest regeneration project in the City of Hull’s illustrious history.
As part of this ground breaking, yet complex project, Fellows Construction Consultants have been providing independent cost management professional services, including the review and settlement recommendations to allow the final accounts be concluded.
