Fellows are thrilled to announce the handover of the Moor Street and Turrall Street project a week ahead of the contractual completion date!
As the name indicates, this project consists of 2 sites, they are both situated in Worcester and comprise 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. The locations were previously garage sites, therefore, were very constrained and with many adjoining tenants to liaise with regarding Party Wall matters. Fellows ensured that the contractor selected during the tendering process had fully satisfied themselves on the site specifics and provided accurate method statement plans to overcome the issues these small sites have come with. This also included the maintenance of a fully operational tenant carpark at Turrall Street. Tricas Construction Limited has done an excellent job in maintaining a good relationship with the adjoining owners and finished the project ahead of programme, achieving sectional completion of the Turrall Street site almost a month ahead of the PC date!
The key to success was also the continuous communication between our Client Platform Housing Limited, Tricas and DJD as Architects, Principal Designer and Party Wall Surveyors.
