The Radbrook College Campus has been in use for over a hundred years, specialising in education. After a vacant period of several years, Shropshire Housing Group purchased the land in order to establish 135 new dwellings.

Fellows Add Value:
Fellows have been appointed as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent for the extensive regeneration of the historic Radbrook College Campus. This will involve the demolition of existing site buildings as well as refurbishment of grade listed buildings, in order to facilitate the construction of private and affordable housing.
Having worked with Shropshire Housing Group on previous schemes, Fellows are working closely with the design team to ensure the Client achieves the uniqueness it strives for in all of their developments. Shropshire Housing Group wished to achieve this through an inspirational and desirable design and a building function that encouraged integration between tenants. As such Fellows worked closely with the design team to ensure that a balance was kept between an aesthetically pleasing, usable building and affordable costs.
