Fellows Construction Consultants are excited to announce that another marque scheme with BIMM University has reached completion – this time at their new campus building in Bristol.
Having led on the development of their previous campuses across the city, at Passage Street and Kings Square, Fellows acted as the Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant for this turnkey Cat B fit-out.
BIMM University is Europe’s largest specialist creative institution, with 14 colleges based in vibrant creative cities in the UK and Europe. They have over 9,000 students specialising in practical creative education in music, performing arts and film & television.
This refurbishment project will provide BIMM students with new resources and facilities, including high-tech equipment and software. It is designed to facilitate a creative curriculum with a wide variety of spaces, such as recording and live studios, promoting an innovative and fun learning environment.
BIMM Bristol will open to students for the new academic year in late September 2022.
