We are delighted to confirm that Fellows have been appointed to act as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultants on behalf of the exciting new Joint Venture between SevenCapital and MARK. The role will see Fellows taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the new 100 West Cromwell Road development in Kensington on behalf of the JV partnership.
We are very excited to be a part of this landmark project, which will see us working with SevenCapital once again, alongside MARK, who have successfully developed similar sites throughout London, and in other major cities such as Dublin, Paris and Milan.
The scheme itself will see the construction of 462 new dwellings, a public leisure centre and commercial/retail space, with the works on site due to commence later this year.
At its highest point, this will be the tallest residential scheme in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, situated on one of the main vehicular routes into the capital, adjacent to Earl’s Court. This is just another example of the prime development opportunities that are being brought forward with the help of the Fellows team across the country.
