Glebe Road, Chelmsford is a go! Fellows are delighted to reveal that planning permission has been granted by Chelmsford Council for a high spec residential scheme.
This scheme will see the transformation of part of the existing Eastwood House parking, into 3 modern and luxurious apartment blocks compromising of 197 dwellings, amenity facilities (including gym and cade), landscaping, and car parking.
The team at Fellows are looking forward to working with Seven Capital and the rest of the project team in delivering another exciting project, which will come to the market in 2024.
