Fellows Construction Consultants are delighted to have been appointed by Seven Capital as Project & Cost Managers, leading on the delivery of the new Archway Campus Redevelopment, Highgate Hill, Islington.
Having worked extensively with the Client over the years, we are excited to be given the opportunity to further demonstrate our skillset to their growing London team and the wider London market.
Islington’s 3.65-acre Archway Campus was acquired this quarter by the leading UK residential developer and regeneration specialist, with the intent of regenerating this local historic site. The site has been earmarked for a residential-led scheme which will provide a range of homes including much-needed affordable housing and is also likely to include an element of student accommodation, along with private and community amenity space.
As Project and Cost Managers, Fellows will work closely with Seven Capital, overseeing the procurement of a full professional team tasked with obtaining planning consent for the site. The scheme will require robust engagement with the local planning authority, businesses and residents, and Fellows are looking forward to working with all project stakeholders to make a success of this unique development. Beyond this, we will be optimising the value of the design by seeking Value Engineering opportunities for the Client, before procuring a building contractor on a Design & Build basis to conclude the technical design, ahead of site enabling and phased construction.
