Fellows led on the handover of eight housing plots at Copcut Rise, Worcester on 28th June 2021, to continue our Employer’s Agent services to Platform Housing Group.
The eight plots contain a mix of 2 & 3 bed houses, and one bed bungalows to provide much needed affordable rent, social rent, and shared ownership properties to local people in the surrounding areas.
This development is part of a wider master plan, and we are looking forward to delivering many more properties alongside Platform Housing well into 2022.
