No.1 Thames Valley, Bracknell Handover and Practical Completion

We are delighted to confirm the completion of Seven Capital’s No.1 Thames Valley development, on which Fellows provided full Project and Cost Management services.

No.1 Thames Valley is a 3-storey refurbishment scheme situated in Bracknell, Buckinghamshire. This luxury development in the South East boasts 130  boutique apartments, distributed across 3 floors, including a spacious contemporary reception area. Situated just minutes from Bracknell station, with a direct line into London, this development is highly desirable, and we hope it will prove to be popular with modern business professionals and executives.

The project was a Permitted Development Scheme and comprised a full strip out of the 20-year-old office building back to the main structural frame, followed by a complete refurbishment creating a high-quality mix studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Associated works included creating a bespoke lobby area for each “wing” of the development, waterproofing of the existing roof structure, repair and maintenance of the main elevations, and the provision of 156 parking spaces, 156 cycle spaces and a complete replanting scheme for the soft landscaped areas.
