Fellows are pleased to announce and welcome to our team David Ryder, our new Senior Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor.
David has over 25 years’ experience in the Construction industry, managing projects from launch through to completion over a broad range of sectors, including Infrastructure, Residential, Mixed-Use Retail, Commercial, Sports, and Health. He is skilled in pre- and post-contract roles and has extensive construction knowledge, who develops strong working relationships with the entire construction team to ensure key project objectives are met.
David recently joined Fellows after spending 10 years at a major international consultancy, where he worked across a wide range of sectors, including prestigious Sports and Infrastructure projects. David’s considerable experience in the industry has given him the background, ambition, and motivation to help deliver successful construction projects.
