The Old Steine building is Screen and Film School’s third site in Brighton. To ensure the delivery of the scheme on time and to an exceptionally tight timescale, Fellows provided a Turnkey Project Management solution.
The refurbished building comprises of four floors, located in the centre of Brighton – an exceptional location for filmmakers. The one-of-a-kind facility comprises a spacious student social space with the following high-tech features:
• a modern green screen studio with brand new LED fixtures
• a high spec Dolby 5.1 sound system in the new 4K Screening Room
• a top of the range Mac Suite complete with industry-standard software
The project was one of the many BIMM-Fellows collaborations, continuing to strengthen the great relationship built between the two entities.
