Fellows were appointed as Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers on behalf of The Tank Museum for the installation of a new mezzanine floor and office refurbishment. The Tank Museum, located in Dorset, has over 300 vehicles and this unique collection is regarded as the best in the World.
The project was undertaken whilst the museum remained open to the public, which was particularly challenging as the new mezzanine floor was constructed above a cut in half tank that remained in situ during the works.
The works were successfully completed on budget, to an aggressive programme and to a very high standard, with all parties collaborating closely.
