Winner of ‘Best Large Commercial Project 2019’
Fellows Construction Consultants are proud to announce that the recently completed office development for Bloor Homes was awarded ‘Best Large Commercial Project’ at the Local Building Excellence Awards 2019.
The BREEAM “Very Good” project at Gateway North, Swindon consisted of two 2-storey office buildings with a total GIA of 30,000 sqft. The overall build specification achieved a high standard, which was acknowledged and commended by Swindon Borough Council. The project will now contend for National Building Excellence status.
Fellows are exceptionally proud to have been a part of this major office development, having been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on the project. Fellows also provided key cost advice during the feasibility stage and managed all pre and post contract activities. Fellows actively managed the procurement and tendering of the development, to ensure that, as project and cost managers, we maintained strict control of time, cost, quality and risk.
