The Kettleworks, in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham is currently being converted into a large complex of luxury apartments and commercial space. Seven Capital’s development will consist of 291 luxury apartments across 6 storeys and will include a block for car parking and internal landscaped courtyard.
Adjacent to Kettleworks is St Georges Urban Village, another high value project consisting of 304 residential homes spread over seven blocks, 114 parking spaces, 13 townhouses and 8 retail units.

The Kettleworks presently has two sections near completion, with apartments including a high standard of kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. The other two sections of the Kettleworks are progressing at a fast pace from first fix mechanical and electrical to skimming and preparing walls for decoration.
St Georges Urban village, block 3,4 and 5 are currently at the stage of mechanical and electrical first fix and plastering while blocks 1,2,6 and 7 have progressed in regard to structural frames and brickwork. The proposed townhouses are due to start in the coming weeks.
