I’ve been a Fellow for more than 4 months now and without any doubt this is the warmest, most open and positively charged team of professionals I have ever worked with. Every member of the team has been selected to contribute with their individuality, diverse background, knowledge and level of experience, but moreover the team is perfectly united by the common thirst for continuous professional development.
My colleagues and I are encouraged to continually improve our knowledge and qualifications. For example a number of “Fellows” will soon be awarded a Master of Science Degree from several high ranked UK universities. These individuals have completed accredited programmes, specialising in Cost, Project and Construction Management to ensure that our clients continue to receive the best quality of service.
From the outset and even during my interview process I was encouraged to continue my education, specialising and gaining professional certificates.
Fellows Construction Consultants always encourage their employees to continue improving their competence by gaining the MRICS qualification and as such the majority of the team have accomplished one of the highest industry standards. This strategy ensures a high competitiveness within the Company and places Fellows as market leading consultants within the industry.
Over and above my MSc. course and in the previous three months alone, I have also attended three Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions focussing on a variety of topical construction subjects. I was also asked to visit the UK construction week exhibition at Birmingham to investigate current construction trends and technologies.
I couldn’t be more honoured to be part of this team that always search for ways to continually improve, in an ever changing market.
