Fellows Construction Consultants have been appointed by the market leading provider of assisted living housing developments, Methodist Homes (MHA), as Project Managers, Cost Managers, CDM Co-ordinators and BREEAM Assessors for an exciting and challenging extra care scheme in Leamington Spa.
Methodist Homes have charged Fellows with the transformation of a no longer fit for purpose 19th Century listed urban town house; located in the heart of Leamington’s conservation area, into a modern, spacious, comfortable living environment for the elderly. The new scheme comprises the demolition of existing and design and construction of a 31 unit Extra Care facility. Fellows have engaged a team of consultants to look at the most economical and value driven solutions for MHA. Due to its sensitive location, Fellows have also had to strategically manage the planning process in conjunction with planning consultants, to ensure that the design is acceptable to all parties involved.
