Description

The scheme involves the conversion of an existing 3 storey office building to provide 101 studio apartments and 29 one bedroom apartments.

Features

The works have been divided into two contracts. An enabling works contract for the strip out works and the main contract for the main conversion works. The strip out works will be procured on a JCT Minor Works Contract and the main works will be procured on an amended JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract.
