Description
Christchurch Hospital is part of the Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Built in 1881 as a workhouse; parts of the building have now be sold for development and turned into a rehabilitation centre and housing.

Fellows Add Value:
The Fellows team were appointed to work as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager for the demolition and refurbishment of the historical Christchurch Hospital. This project demanded extensive in-depth market testing in order to moderate risk and facilitate best value of the key components for this complex project.
Further more, several financial options were provided to evaluate the cost impact of sequencing the works whilst minimising disruption to the day to day running of the hospital.
