As part of the Swindon Local Plan, this major development will be designed as BREEAM “Very Good”, and will provide high quality landscaping to fit in with the local surroundings.
Fellows Add Value:
Fellows are proud to have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for this office development, having provided key cost advice during feasibility stage and managing the pre-construction activities. In addition, as a certified BREEAM assessor, Fellows will be able to provide additional input to the sustainability requirements for the development.
