Seven Homes’ latest housing scheme recently completed on site in Moseley. The former care home site now features 11 luxury five-bedroom, four-bathroom family homes just minutes’ walk from Moseley village.
The project was procured via a JCT Standard Building Contract and constructed by ATD Homes. This development is one of many currently being delivered for Seven Homes in and around the wider Midlands region. Our diligent and pragmatic approach to Cost and Project Management has resulted in a strong bond between Client, Contractor and Fellows, which we aim to maintain from project inception to completion.
